Summary: Used in my 2006 Pontiac Solstice Manual transmission AR5. Was having a problem with cold shifts and occasional clunk when shifting. This oil fixed my problem. Was using GL-5 Mobil1 full synthetic 75w90 before. A little too thick for cold conditions.
